But the iPhone already has a messaging app, and you can mass text people through that! Why would I need this app? Yes, but even though the iPhone Messages app already allows you to create groups and mass text them, you can't modify that group. Also, the built-in app shows the most recent messages at the top of the list, so if you text other people, your group will get buried at the bottom of the list. iTexter is a great app that does one thing and does it well: it allows for flexible group creation and management, and easy mass text messaging. It accesses the contacts on your iPhone, and you can search for and add multiple contacts to your groups at a time!
